Membership
of the Institute shall consist of the following categories :
(i)
ORDINARY
MEMBERS
(a) Individual
Membership
of this category (which carries non-voting rights) shall be open to
any natural person who is interested in or concerned with the objectives
of NADI at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, subject to payment
of an annual subscription fee which shall be determined from time to
time by the Board of Trustees.
(b)
Corporate
Membership
of this category (which carries non-voting rights) shall be open to
any organisation or institution at the discretion of the Board of Trustees,
subject to payment of an annual subscription fee which shall be determined
from time to time by the Board.
(ii)
Full Members
(a)
Individual
Membership
of this category (which carries voting rights) shall be, by way of appointment,
by the Board of Trustees. Such members shall be elected from existing
Ordinary Individual Members, subject to payment of an annual subscription
fee which shall be determined from time to time by the Board.
(b)
Corporate
Membership
of this category (which carries voting rights) shall be, by way of appointment,
by the Board of Trustees. Such members shall be elected from existing
Ordinary Corporate Members, subject to payment of an annual subscription
fee which shall be determined from time to time by the Board.
