• NADI Virtual Diabetes Course 2023 is a refresher course for healthcare professionals on diabetes management under the ‘NADI Advocate’ Programme.
• The Course is opened to all doctors in Government and Private sectors. All primary care doctors, caring for people with diabetes, especially General Practitioners, are encouraged to attend.
• The 2-day lectures/case discussions will be delivered by experts in diabetes and associated diseases and will emphasise practical aspects of diabetes so as to achieve a minimum standard of care for diabetes (and associated diseases).
• Attendees who attended more than 80% of the course (and have visited at least 60% of virtual booths) will receive a certificate of attendance.
• An assessment will be held at the end of each day. All participants may sit for the assessments but only general practitioners may opt to enter a programme for accreditation as ‘NADI Advocates’.
• Participants are expected to receive CPD points with successful attendance of the course.
